This printing company requested us to build an e-commerce site and connect it to their existing Salesforce CRM to enable seamless data-sharing and eliminate the need for manual data entry.
We built a customized site along with a Salesforce-connected user portal. Its front end is built on AWS using the React.js JavaScript-based UI development library and Node,js JavaScript runtime. Currently, Salesforce functions as the site’s database. However, if the CRM changes, the site can be easily re-pointed to the new CRM.
The new e-commerce site includes numerous built-in automations that minimize the potential for human errors. Also, the connection to Salesforce has led to a 2X improvement in the company’s sales performance and positively impacted its bottomline.

Also, when the prices were updated in the ERP system, they had to be updated manually on the website, creating additional work for the sales team. Outdated or missing prices resulted in many customer complaints and poor reviews.
Addax completely revamped the company’s e-commerce product pages. We connected the ERP with Salesforce and Salesforce products with Request for Quote pages. When a new request came in, a new lead was automatically created and populated in Salesforce, removing the need to manually check emails or send responses. Also, when product prices were updated in the ERP, they were automatically updated on the site.
This radical transformation of the business process has resulted in a huge increase in sales via the website. The prices on all product pages are always correct and up-to-date, so the sales team can focus on their core competencies. Also, customer complaints related to prices are almost non-existent now.
